Do ask your customers for feedback on your offer and how well it is delivered to them.
Don’t assume because you haven’t asked, that everything is alright.
Do show your appreciation for your customers.
Don’t take their custom for granted. Your competitors won’t.
Do have the courage to apologise and make amends if a mistake is made.
Don’t forget that a bad reputation spreads much quicker than a good one.
